  2. Fear is a completely natural response in this situation. I've recently gone through some therapy as well, and getting started was the scariest thing I've ever done, but it's so worth it. I believe in you that you can do it.

  5. Hi! A few years ago, I made an account on After Silence, but at that point I didn't feel ready to share or deal with my trauma. So I didn't do much with the account, and lost access to the email associated with it, so here I am with a new account.
