Joining AS was hard for me because it meant accepting that my birth father had raped and drugged me from 3-9 years old. It took me such a long time and a lot of help to get to a place where I was comfortable in my own skin.
Thank you so much for you guys sharing your stories here as well because it has helped me to not feel as alone.
