Hi, I am new here. I am just starting to try and deal with the trauma from my past. I have been encouraged by reading your stories and seeing the support from everyone. I don't really know what to expect or what to really say. I am really hoping that I continue to try and work through some of this stuff. I am not sure what would happen if I give up again.
