  1. I find introducing myself to be awkward, but I figured I'd give it a go. I've got a lot going on in my life right now. Ongoing and past traumas are intertwining, and it's all left me feeling depleted. I'm hoping finding a community will help me on the road ahead.
  2. I'm new here, too, and joined under very similar circumstances. I will say, talking about it in therapy and having my reality validated has been helpful for me. I found a lot of help by contacting the National Domestic Violence Hotline, too (I used their chat because I get anxious on the phone). I'm glad you're reaching out for support.
