Hey all, It'll be 8 years on April 13th since my first experience and it's been about 4 years since my latest experience. I really thought I could do this on my own, but I think it's time that I learn to heal instead of suppressing everything. I always thought that my experiences weren't important because I know other people have it harder. But with everything going on in this world right now, and having so much more time to myself, I've found that I really am not okay. I just don't know how to start this healing process. -Riley
