Hello to all, I am new on here. I found this site by accident. I have been struggling for years and drowning without even seeing the water before. Here recently I've become aware of the amount of water I've fallen into and I am here to seek others to help me through it although none of my " events" are recent, they have become made aware recently and I feel as though they just happened to me.
