Have a look through all the different sections, then the sub sections, hopefully you can figure out where to put your posts/reach out. there is an option when writing a post to include Trigger Words. I tend to type out what I want to say (in my notes on my phone) then read it back and make a note of TW’s to include. if you put anything in the wrong place, I think the moderators can move it (am unsure though) someone from AS will be in touch and can answer any questions you may have. i have been here a few months and am still finding parts I haven’t seen before etc. i m

Hello. please know you are not alone. I felt like you, when I found AS I was welcome into a place of safety, understanding and respect. Everyone here has been very friendly and supportive. Don’t be afraid to ask for help either with your problems or using the site. Take your time, look around.

Hey. firstly, I am sorry that you have experienced something that has brought you here. I have been here a few months and have found some wonderful people to talk to. Everyone here is very supportive, no judgements and there is always someone who will listen. took me a bit of time to get used to the site, take ur time with it, if you have any questions someone will normally be around.

AS is one of the best outlets I have had. Along with the support of people here and my T I feel I am moving in the right direction. i am sorry that you have had to find AS, but, I hope it can offer you light in times of darkness. Reach out anytime

I am sorry you have had to come here, but, in my opinion you couldn’t have found anywhere more open, honest & caring to have found. i am still learning the ropes myself but if I can help at all, just ask.

Hello Deadbolts. I am pretty new to this site too, but, even in a week I have found it invaluable. I have spoken to some amazing people on here. Everyone of which has supported me and helped me. Well done on opening up to your girlfriend, I am sure you will continue to grow. Am sorry that you have had reason to join the community here, as you say, onwards & upwards.
