  1. You don't have to tell us your story if you don't want to or until you feel ready. I have found this site good for advice and know we are not alone in our fears. Good luck!
  2. @feralcat Seizure are a pain. I don't get warnings. I usually only tell I had one by the headach or grogginess afterwards. There can be some I don't even know I have. They're usually small and short. But because of the starting point, and it might also be for you, the drugs don't/can't fully work. I recently had a 5 day EEG stay at the hospital. Now for about a year he has not talked verbally to me. I just want to scream sometimes!
  6. I'm very sure you belong. I have found this to be a good place to find answers, hear how others have coped, and maybe even help others. I also tried to put my experience behind me, but have found it had changed the way I was acting. I've found talking to others or reading their stories who have had similar experiences has helped me find who I am now. This is a good place. I hope you find what you need.

    cant sleep

Oh dear! I have similar issues, when it gets dark all the bad memories flood me. I've found listening to calming melodies, music that reminds me of happy times, to help me get to sleep; something to divert my mind. I hope you're able to find something to help you
