    Anxiety kept me up for hours last night. Old frustrations mixed with current worry. I managed to fall back to sleep at 5 am and spent the rest of the day trying to catch up with my studying. 

    I have finished off today's agenda, taken a shower and shall spend the rest of my night watching something completely useless. Just trying to push through. Tomorrow is a new day.
