Hi everyone. I’m a 24 year old female, living in California. I’m not sure how this works but I’ve been really needing support and having trouble reaching out to people in my life. It’s been 3 years and I don’t think I ever processed what happened. Only 4 people know what happened and though they try to be supportive, they just don’t always know what to say. I’m working with a therapist now, but my boyfriend is lost and unsure of how to help. My parents don’t know and I don’t think I want to tell them. My friends live in other states and I feel too anxious to reach out to acquaintances/ colleag
