I was abused as a pre-teen/teenager. I only recently started dealing with my past. I've been terrified to seek therapy, but I thought this would be a good place to start. I feel bad that I never told anyone about what was happening to me when it was going on, which has left me with guilt, shame, and feeling like it was my fault. Anyway, I don't want to share too much right now, just wanted to introduce myself. My trauma has left me feeling stuck in life and I really want to move forward and live a life filled with joy and love. Most of all, self-love.
