    Hello I read your post about the difficulty you are having with sleep.  The vivid relivings are a horrible effect from a horrendous event.  Thanks for sharing your experience.   Please know you are not alone in the resulting effects from a criminal occurrence.  Please let me know if I am able to support you somehow within this site.
