Hello, I am as well new to this & I myself am a survivor of sexual abuse. I am now 24, I was molested by my Dad when I was 8 & molested/raped by my Grandmother's husband when I was 11 with whom she is still with. It has not been easy for me whatsoever, over the years there were many occasions in which I would be so depressed & I mean still up to date I have felt that way, but finally after many years I finally decided to seek professional help & I am so glad I did. I am here to listen if you need to talk, you are not alone.

The process of healing is key in us starting to heal, it is not easy & we sometimes need that extra help to be able to free ourselves from within. I have a past that has been haunting me for YEARS & just last week I decided to go to my first therapy session & I am so glad I took that step, if you need to talk I am here to listen.
