I'm new here. I'm not completely sure how this community works yet but I feel like it could help me. My name is Dana and I just turned 21. I've had/have a rough life I guess you could say but I'm dealing with it the best way I can, by keeping myself busy. I guess I just need a little advise and support on how I can sort out what happened. I've basically pushed it to the back of my mind for almost 10 years but I still have nightmares, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, flashbacks, etc. I really just wants to forget it...all of it but I cant...
