    I'm feeling bad, like I'm an annoyance, taking up space and breathing air that is meant for others. I can't seem to get anything right. I'm tired of trying.

      Sitting with you. I have those thoughts a lot too... But you are someone that is kind and compassionate without you some here on AS would be lost. My t says to try to focus on positive truths through thoughts like these, one for you would be that without you others would be lost so you are in fact super important you deserve the air your breathing. Safe hugs and sitting with you till this passes.
