Hey guys. I'm 21 and from the UK. I joined a few days ago. What happened, happened to me nearly 3 months ago. I joined because from what I have understood communicating with other "survivors" is helpful in recovery. I'm not really sure what stage I'm in as I've felt so many different emotions. I think the best way to describe how I've felt is "numb" at times. I don't know. Anyway I look forward to talking with everyone. Apologies if this post sounds formal lol. x

Hey welcome to the group I have recently joined also. I too felt unsure about joining for the same reason (knowing people have it worse), but I decided to take the step and join because we all have to support eachother. I'm 21 too!
