    Feeling down & alone today :( 

    i feel so stuck... & i want to cry but the tears won't come out...

    i hate depression so much....

      Thank u, been having some very crappy days recently it's been a roller coaster...

      and with being down it's made me feel very alone and trapped.

      i mean my sleeping pattern has fixed itself I mean I'm sleep normal human hours although was woke up by an explosion which happened not to far from my house some pretty crazy stuff.

      i did manage to get some tears out ended up having a headache so yeah been a crazy day.
