  2. Hello. I am also in the same boat. I did not tell anyone what happened until about 1 year ago....my attack was 6 years ago. Only a few people know and I feel the same guilt always talking to them about it. I initially was against therapy but recently found someone to speak to and have begun seeking support from other survivors. I have been on this site for a week and already feel more supportive than I ever have before. Feel free to message me to talk.

  5. I feel the same way! I also just joined and am afraid. I have never spoken to anyone about my experience until recently. I to have kept everything bottled up for several years and completely understand feeling broken. It helps to know I am not alone. Hope it helps you as well.

    Hello. I am new to this site and talking about what I have gone through. I recently began using a therapist to address the trauma I experienced and symptoms of ptsd. This is the first time I am talking to anyone about what I have experienced so she recommended I seek support from other survivors.
