    It makes me scared and  triggers

    It makes  me think of the bad things

    I don't want  to 

     They trigger me  

    I don't like anger or raised voices

    I don't like it when you rraise ur arm

    Near me or come up from behind me

      I Jump and will proberbly make u jump

    I don't like change I don't like going mixing

    Withothers I can't do it 

    When I'm out I'm constantly looking around

     

      help it I try not to 

     Please never shout at me   

    It stupid I know don't judge me 

    Because of way I am
