    I think it would be neat if you could Skype you're younger self. Just a random thought.

      The book Resurrection After Rape has an exercise in it where you write a letter to your younger self. The idea is to challenge some of the negative self-image beliefs that we have of ourselves resulting from our trauma.

      Sounds like you came up with a more techy, sci-fi type version of this. :)  I admit, it would be a more interesting to try with your version.

      @MeBeMary, I actually did that a few months ago.  It was extremely helpful for me. It helped to put things in perspective.  Showing me not only how far I have come, but also how I need to be kinder to myself.  

      I think it would be fun in a way.  Sometimes when I'm feeling down, I don't want to be around other people, but I still don't want to be lonely.  If I could Skype myself then I would have someone to talk to.  We would have similar interest and senses of humor, so we would keep each other entertained for sure.
