Good evening everyone, This is all very new to me and I am hoping this will help me with my recovery and healing process. It has been a few years since I was abused, but in the last several months it has been really affecting me. I had a trigger in April and since then I cannot sleep through the night without help and it has really complicated my life. I have tried the therapy route and talking route, but have not found it successful. No one in my life knows so I am hoping to get some support as well as offer support to others.
