i feel like theres not much help for me every to be honest  

people can say things to me but i feel that i end up feeing the same cos i feel like they are just saying that or some people actually do say things that hurt me.

I understand that feeling, and it’s perfectly valid. Sometimes, I wonder about that too. Are they just saying this more for themselves and to feel good? Do they really think this? It’s so hard to trust when that trust and faith that the world is a good place gets shattered. There may be some people that say things to hurt you, and I am truly sorry for that. No one deserves that. I really do wish that I could help you more. I hear your hurt and fear, and I am there with you. I do mean what I say, and I hope you are able to find some peace in your own time. There is no timeline or finish line. We will go on the marathon with you. Please take care of yourself. Thinking of you. ♥️
