Perhaps it would be helpful to take care of yourself in this and create safe distance between yourself and this person. I am practicing that with my mother at this time and so far the results are amazing.
I don't know what you mean about not defining a person in a letter. Would you be sending the letter? If not, then say whatever the heck you want
