    Feeling so overwhelmed and Sui. So.. so.. alone.. it's at times like this that I feel there is nobody I can turn to

      I wouldnt even know where to start. Too much bad stuff going on and things are just hard. New and very graphic memories are in my head. I'm just curled up in bed crying because it feels like my heart is breaking with sadness. Feel like friends have abandoned me because I'm needy. Can't stop the self harming and want to do worse.
