Hi. New to all of this. I have always just faced everything and dealt with everything alone. Not really sure what to say or do to start the "healing" process...or the "sharing" for that matter. Someone that I decided to finally talked to told me to find a place I could turn to so I wouldn't keep things bottled up. I found this place (long and interesting story to finding this place but will post that somewhere else). Maybe this can help. We will see.
