  4. Sorry to hear your situation, it's great to hear how positive you are though. Therapy didn't really help me but I've now been referred to cognitive behaviour therapy so I'm quietly hopeful!

  9. Hi, I'm not too sure where to start really. I'm 19 years old and I've recently been told I'm suffering from severe PTSD. I was in an abusive relationship when I was 14, both sexually and emotionally. I never really recognised it as rape because he was my boyfriend, i didn't think it counted. Since the relationship broke up I've suffered from eating disorders, depression and self harm. I ran back into the ex about a year ago now, he grabbed me and since then I've suffered flashbacks and various symptoms of PTSD. My main worry is the effect it's having on my relationship now, I can't be intimat
