I'm new here, but I know I need help from other survivors. I'm dealing with abuse that happened when I was little from my father. I'm 29 and haven't really ever dealt with it before. I feel like I don't know who I am and I don't even know where to begin finding out. I've been hiding from myself for so long and it's so hard to go through this alone. I'm in therapy, but I know the only people that would really understand are other survivors. I'm really happy I found this site. I still don't even know if I'm posting this in the right area, but I'll figure it out:)
