Hello I think I am in the right place feeling a little shy and awkward but delighted this forum exist. I have been dealing with this guilt for so long it brings tears to my eyes just knowing someone will finally listen to me. I am totally alienated from my extended family, sisters, father. I am married with two sons, and three grandsons whom I have a close relationship with my husband knows about the abuse but not my children. That's all for now

Hi I am new here as well, and having difficulty navigating the site lol. I am also middle age female dealing with the effects of incest, denial, and betrayal by people in my life that are very toxic. I am happy to have found this forum just have to learn how to use it
