hi all im lisa i was abused pyiscally and sexually and some mental by stepfather from 10 till i was 16 i have never spoekn about it till just recently family no and he was in prison for 3 yrs he came out then he hang round were i woked somtimes he come in to . i thgohut i was over it till just recently how wrong was i start councilling in august . i just start axity classes but im finding it really hard
