Just wanted to say hey and give a little backgound. I am not only new to the forum but also very new in my recovery. Started seeing a therapist 4 weeks ago and she suggested finding people i could talk with. Not even sure if I'm ready to talk yet but decided I would take the step so if the feeling comes to me I'm ready. Thanks for being here.
