Hi Not really sure where to start... I'm hoping I can find some support here now that I'm finally starting to sort my head out. I've started to get counscilling but finding that one day a week for 50 minutes just doesn't seem like long enough to get everything out, so much is coming up for me... So maybe this might help? I'm trying to accept that I'd have a right to post here but somehow I'm worried that I don't. Not sure of how much of my story to write here. I'm only just realising how messed up my head is and not it's starting to be sorted out I'm worried I'm going to end up going
