Thank you for the welcome. I havent been in a survivors forum for a few years so a little rusty. It was actually a survivors forum that pretty much saved my life. Hello everyone I am new to the forum but not new to the healing journey. Hi DeeJay you are right you are not alone although it feels that way often. As far as getting over it in my opinion we don't get over it we learn to cope with it and deal with it in healthier ways.
