Thank you all for the welcome. I'm quite emotional just reading replies, it's so good to know there are others who care and that healing is possible. I've kept this a life-long toxic secret and I know it's time to get it out and hopefully, in time, to heal. I will try to post my story at some point but at the moment it's all a bit much to deal with. Jane
