    Today's been hard. I don't know how I got here. Day started of well and got good news and yet I find myself crying in bed.

    Hey. Welcome. This site has got me through alot in my life at various stages of dealing with it all and regressing and progressing and just trying to figure it all out. I am sure you will find the same solice here.

    Sometimes it's easier to pretend that things are okay, rather than face a difficult truth. So we go through the motions, the rituals of everyday life. We hope the comfortable rhythms of familiarity will hold off the inevitable just a little longer; return things to normal, anything to buy us more time. Playing pretend, make believe, it might be the one thing we never outgrow.

      I stopped pretending for a little while and first came the you are not alone and I'm here for you, quickly followed by the I can't deal with so much negativity or the disappearing act from the friends
