I just had a flashback about my abuse so long ago... I still get them every now and then, but they arent as bad as they used to be. I am just trying to get by and usually Im fine, but my current therapy is very triggering. I dont know how to really broach it properly with my boyfriend (who is lovely) but... yeah.
So I come here because I dont know who else to talk to and Im scared. Im really scared.
