Hi there Although i have been a member here since 2009, this is my first visit in a very long time. I have recently become acquainted with someone who seems to share a parrallel life to me and i found myself talking to her without even realising i was doing it. It has opened up a pandoras box cos for the first time ever, I cant sweep things back under the carpet and close that lil box i hold them all in. There are so many emotions running round my head that i cant differentiate to any of them. Im scared that i will regress back to coping mechanisms of old which is way too destructive. I dont
