Um, so. I just joined this morning. I missed the one bus I needed to get to go to my first support meeting at my local Rape Crisis centre (the bus was early; I could scream) and my appointment's been rescheduled for the beginning of February. I kind of really need to get some things out of my head, and thanks to a lack of funding, there's nothing specific available to me at this precise moment in Scotland. I suppose another centre would provide immediate support, but I know that they're only funded to provide support for their local areas, and anyway, I need longer term help than one call. I
