Hey Patty, I was actually so happy to read your post. Welcome! I felt so crazy up until only a few months ago when I started therapy. I thought my life was going along just fine and I had pushed "it" aside; now, over 20 years later, I am going through the trauma as if it is happening now and it is totally mind blowing. I mean, nightmares, flashbacks, etc. So, anyway I am glad to meet you and please write to me anytime - maybe we can talk soon, that would be really nice. Take care! Debbie

Hi all, I am very new at this so I feel sort of strange but anyways, I am a survivor of a brutal kidnapping and "r" and well, here I am 16 years later and it just resurfaced after trying to block it out for all these years. Very scary! I hope this note finds people doing well! Hugs Debbie
