To me After Silence means me being able to be true to myself and to others. I am free to be me and I dont have to keep anymore secrets. It means that after all these years of being alone in silence that I can now face what has happened to me and deal with it. It means that I have met some wonderful, helpful and very caring people who have helped me out so much. Breaking my silence has made a big difference in my life in many ways. And I cant thank everyone that has helped me and supported me enough. Before this site, I never wouldve thought that a web site could have such an impact on my life
