Difficult Time

I am having such a difficult time right know.  I am going through a lot of memories that I have before I had shut out of my mind.. Now everything is coming to a surface.  The one person that I know can help me I have been shutting out.  I wrote to her on e-mail and explained this and she is so understanding.  I am not used to having a therapist be this way.I know I have to go through the hard stuff in order to get to the other side but man this is hard stuff.  I just want a normal life.  I want to be happy and it seems to be so far away.  Sorry this is so short but I have to stop now.  Thanks for listening
