So just a little about my day today. The last few days have been rough but today was a good, lighter day. I was in a decent mood the entire day pretty much. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was waiting for the good mood to stop but it didn't. I felt myself almost wanting to be in a bad mood at work because that is what I am used to but it didn't happen. I was surprised but relieved. I needed a break from the anxiety and stress. I am just happy and content
